How do I delete my Diffbot account details?

If you are a Free or Trial Subscriber to Diffbot and you would like to delete your account information, please send a deletion request to [email protected].

If you are a Paid Subscriber and you are the primary account holder responsible for managing Diffbot accounts for your organization, you may request the deletion of a Diffbot account upon the departure of a user or the expiration or termination of your subscription. To request account data removal, send a deletion request to [email protected] and cc your Diffbot account manager if one was assigned to you. Please note: billing and usage account details will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with US financial and audit regulations.
